  • Lack of procedures fulfillment.
  • The principle "you write what you Do and you Do what you write" is not applied at the operational level.
  • Lack of implementation of  Control Boards of process predictor variables.

To enjoy each moment of my life depends on my Election to be Happy rather than my circumstances.
The happiest people are not the ones that own the best of everything but those who make the best with what they own.
To have problems is unavoidable but to be beaten by them is optional./div>
Life is like riding a bicycle: You fall off only if you stop pedaling.
Birds do not sing because they are Happy. They are Happy because they sing.
