Common Human Resources Problems

  • Managers believe that problems can be solved by replacing people, disregarding how to develop their skills or how to detect real deficiencies in the team.
  • Poor communication between departments leads both to conflicts and the loss of the company’s main objective:  the client.
  • Lack of essential skills to carry out critical processes.
  • High hidden costs due to POOR handling of people conflicts.
  • Low effectiveness due to both poor time handling and poorpersonal organization in different positions.
  • Leadership, effective delegation and team work are well-known “in theory” but each manager’s office shows a different style.
  • A weak Boss- Employee relationship due to systematic ineffective delegation.
  • Conflicts due to unclear definition of management processes with its variables and objectives.

To enjoy each moment of my life depends on my Election to be Happy rather than my circumstances.
The happiest people are not the ones that own the best of everything but those who make the best with what they own.
To have problems is unavoidable but to be beaten by them is optional./div>
Life is like riding a bicycle: You fall off only if you stop pedaling.
Birds do not sing because they are Happy. They are Happy because they sing.
